Angol anyanyelvi lektorI’m from a small town in the English countryside. Since I was child I have always had an interest in the English language, particularly the etymology and development of vocabulary and phrases. This is one of the reasons why I studied English Language at university in London. While still at university I gained my TEFL certificate because I knew when I graduated, I wanted to pursue this field.
I first visited Budapest 2 years ago for a short few days and before I left I knew that I had to return someday because there was so much still to see and do. Then I get the chance to work with BGC in the kindergarten programme. I have worked and taught ESL in South Korea, China and to international students at a summer camp in the UK. Through these teaching opportunities I go to teach a various ages and realised that teaching kindergarten students was my favourite. At this age they are so cute and eager to learn anything and everything. Being part of their English language learning is such an honour.
I’m so excited to continue working with my precious Brumi group for another year. We’re going to have so much fun reading stories, singing songs, playing games and of course making many crafts! I love seeing how much they have progressed in confidence as well as their language abilities.
