Gábor Taróczy

My name is Gábor Taróczy, I am the Managing Director of BGC Hungary, a proud husband and father to two smart and beautiful girls. I come from a sporting family, team sports, teamwork, physical and mental well-being have always been very important to me.

Most of my childhood was spent in a bilingual and English speaking environment, after graduating from an international school in Budapest, I completed my BSc in London and a Master of Commerce degree in Sydney, on an Australian government sponsored scholarship.

I began my professional career with stints in journalism and in the non-profit sector in Hungary, before spending 12 years in senior leadership roles in the asset management industry in Geneva, London and back home in Budapest since 2018.

My own children have inspired me to make a change in my career and focus more on children and their growth; I believe a bilingual education is the greatest gift we can give them.

I’m impressed by the program the BGC team have built up over the past 12 years and my goal is to give more children the opportunity to learn English through language acquisition! After a short stint working in the Pitypang preschool, I joined the company in August 2023. I look forward to working with our teachers, our partner institutions, the children and their parents!
