Afterschool Program Manager - Csata Lower Grades

As an educational professional, I have spent over a decade supporting learning and development, designing learner-centered programs, and mentoring international teaching teams. I place great emphasis on creating inclusive, experience-based learning environments by integrating methodological approaches such as Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences to reach a wide range of learners. In recent years, I have expanded my professional focus to Agile team development, working for two years in a tech environment as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), where I supported continuous improvement and effective, collaboration-driven workflows.

On a more personal note, I’m the mother of a lovely little girl, whom I’ve been raising bilingually, English has been our shared language since birth. This journey has only strengthened my belief in the importance of early language experiences, not just for cognitive development, but also for nurturing curiosity, self-confidence, and openness to the world.

Earlier in my career, I worked with children in Italy and Switzerland, where I saw firsthand how multilingual environments can enrich a child’s growth. To me, language learning goes far beyond vocabulary, it opens doors to new cultures, ways of thinking, and diverse forms of self-expression.

I deeply believe that meaningful education is more than delivering knowledge, it’s about connection and emotional safety. I strive to create supportive spaces where learning and family life complement each other, helping children thrive in a balanced and joyful way.
