Rebecca Dolan

I am a teacher from the United States. I have lived in Budapest since August of 2021 and completed my Master’s degree at Corvinus University of Budapest in the Spring of 2023. I taught/coached women’s gymnastics to children aged 3-6 for almost three years.

I have tutored university students and had conversational English sessions while here in Budapest. While completing my undergraduate degree in the U.S.A., I tutored students in History as well, and I have given formal piano lessons in the past to university students. I firmly believe in a holistic and immersive approach to learning. I myself have found that that approach worked best while I studied varying subjects from History, Music, Psychology, and more. I firmly believe that repetition, patience, and having fun is the best way to learn anything.

Children learning any second language will greatly benefit them later on in life and can open up many other opportunities for them. At BGC, the teachers want to further inspire, educate, and develop young minds in a no-stress environment, which is why I believe that this program will and has created the best learning outcomes for students.
